Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

1 can cream style corn                1 can whole kernel corn            1 medium dice potato        1 small onion
1/3 stick of Butter                        1/4 cup of Heavy Cream                1/4 cup of Whole Milk
Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Hot Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce -- to taste

Preparation:

In a 4 quart sauce pan boil the diced potato. When almost soft but still chunky drain. Retain about 1 cup of potato water

Sautee onion in the Butter and add to potato along with the cream style corn, whole kernel corn, heavy cream and milk.

Heat to a soft boil. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to taste

Serves about 4 small bowls. May be stored refrigerated for a couple of days or frozen for a longer period of time.
