Salmon


Salmon Filet

Ingerdients:	1lb Salmon Filet
		1 Rosemary twig
		1 large sliced Garlic clove
		2tbl spoons grated Ginger Root
		Salt and Black Pepper to taste
		¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
		½ White wine, Orange juice or Lemon juice
		1tbl spoon Flour

Place olive oil, sliced garlic and rosemary twigs into a frying pan
and heat.

Add salmon filet. Cover pan

As the salmon cooks, add salt, pepper, grated ginger root. Using a
spatula move the salmon around the frying pan to prevent it from
sticking. This should take approximately 10 minutes depending upon
the thickness of the salmon.

With 5 minutes left add the white wine (or Orange juice or Lemon
juice).

Add 1 teaspoonful of flour. Mix flour into liquid to create a sauce.
